Weems Memorial Hospital Foundation invites all to “Catch the Wellness Wave” at the second annual community health fair Saturday, May 18 from 10 am to 1 pm ET on the hospital grounds.
Health and wellness partners from across the Forgotten Coast will be onsite, as well as representatives from Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and local fire and police departments, to talk about community and public services.

Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation
The Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation is the fundraising arm for George E. Weems Memorial Hospital. The Foundation's goal is to develop philanthropic support of Weems Memorial and to actively support Weems' desire to serve our community and it's visitors with the most up-to-the minute medical technology and knowledge. The Foundation also seeks to improve the community's quantity of life with the preventative teaching and resources for medical information.

Michelle Shuler, RN was the January 2024 Employee of the Month. Michelle shows exemplary performance as she works efficiently and is kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to bring comfort to the patients and their families, while being professional at all times.
Troy Morrison was the Employee of the Month for March. Troy joined Weems Plant Operations in October 2023. He was nominated this month by fellow employees, and all agree that Troy is a great asset to the Weems team! Troy comes to work every day with a positive attitude, ready to help in any department as needed. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and takes pride in every job he tackles, no matter the situation.
